Born in Milton Keynes, Sophie attended Diamond School of Performing Arts  from just before her 3rd birthday.

She moved to Pontyclun, South Wales at the age of 7 where she attended numerous performing arts groups, including Stardreams, LMT Academy of Performing Arts and the Savoy Players. Sophie attended JPJ School of Dance for one year in preparation for her sixth form studies. Sophie also was an inaugural member of The Cardiff Company of Front and Centre where she attended monthly classes with West End professionals.

Having achieved an impressive range of GCSE results at Y Pant School in Pontyclun, in September 2025 Sophie returned to Milton Keynes to begin studying a musical theatre sixth form course at Arts1 where she is studying full time.

Alongside musical theatre, Sophie has performed in Pantomimes from the age of 8 taken on numerous lead roles along the way. Her most recent pantomime performance was with Dreams n Wishes' performance of Snow White at the The Venue MK in Milton Keynes.

In March 2026 Sophie competed in the regional heats of West End Calling at the Union Theatre in London where the judge Will Haswell told her that her voice was 'wholesome'.
